We are a sustainable development consultancy company with nearly a decade of experience. Wecurrently have offices in Lima and Miami and serve large companies in Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, and Latin America in general. We also work with companies with operations in the US, Canada and Europe.

 

Our primary services include expertise in producing Sustainability Reports, including DoubleMateriality (impact and financial materiality analysis), reports External Verification (audits), and Specialized Courses. We only utilize globally recognized methodologies.

Executive Officers

Milagros Zamudio

CEO - US

Milagros has over 14 years of experience in managing internationally recognized sustainable developmentstandards and parameters. Since 2012, she has been collaborating with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in Amsterdam, serving as a member of the team of experts for Management Approaches, as a member of the GRI Stakeholder Council, and as Vice President of this council. She also provides support in translating new GRI standards.

Prior to this, for over 20 years, Milagros held executive positions in major companies such as Telefónica and Electroperú. She was the Country Manager of BSD Consulting and Founder and Director of WomenCEO Perú. Additionally, she was the President of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of companies of thePeruvian State – Fonafe (National Fund for Financing State Business Activity).

Milagros obtained her Master's Degree in Communications from Michigan State University (USA), and she alsostudied at Harvard University and at EY Amsterdam.

Currently, Milagros leads the US offices of her sustainability consulting company, Personaz, which operates in various Latin American countries. The company has been a GRI Training Partner since 2018.

Milagros has taught over 30 certified GRI courses, prepared more than 70 sustainability reports and around 40 materiality studies.

She also serves as a jury member for various awards, contributes as a guest columnist for different publications, and participates as a panelist in various international events.

In addition, she is a university professor for master'sand postgraduate programs, and an expert in the SA8000 human rights standard.
